You have 60 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions. You can return items for free by mail, or via a scheduled pickup from your home. Please provide your Empire order number and we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.

How to return items you don't want

When something turns out to be different than expected or just isn't quite what you want, it's easy to return items either by mail or in the nearest store. You can choose the way that best fits your schedule to make the return for items purchased through the website.

Returning online purchases by mail

Make sure your item is packed in the original packaging and that all the original accessories are packed with it, if there were any accessories. Attach the shipping label and mail the item back. When it's received, your refund will be processed, or a replacement will be sent out to you.
